CareCredit Accepted

We will file all dental insurance claims for you and can verify whether or not your insurance is accepted at our practice. If you do not have insurance, or your insurance will not cover the cost of your treatment, CareCredit is accepted. You can apply online for CareCredit or contact us for more information.

Thanks to our online patient forms, preparing for your appointment with Dr. Cooper has never been easier. Prior to your appointment, please print out the forms, fill them out, and bring them with you.
